Please understand that we do not have products and services specifically for children under the age of 14, nor do we have any functional sections for products and services that require users to input birthdays, ages, etc., to identify the user's age. We only collect your child's necessary personal information to achieve specific functions.
During your child's use of our products or services, we will only collect personal information about your child that you have consented to collect or that you and your child have voluntarily provided, in order to provide and optimize our services and protect your child's account security. For account registration, login, or verification, we need to collect your mobile phone number, email address, or login password. While your child is using the APP, you or your child may access, correct, or delete your child's personal information, thereby changing the scope of authorization and consent, and the right to cancel the account. We will process the request within fifteen business days of receiving it.
1. Regarding personal information in files or pictures uploaded by your child, you or your child can delete the uploaded files themselves through our product page.
2. If you or your child find that we have violated the provisions of laws, administrative regulations, or the agreement between the parties in processing children's personal information, or have processed children's personal information beyond the intended scope or necessary time limit, you can contact us through 【My】-【Contact Support】 to delete the relevant personal information.
3. If you withdraw your consent, you can contact us through 【My】-【Contact Support】. We will promptly stop using children's personal information and will delete or anonymize the stored children's personal information.
4. If you or your child find any errors in your child's personal information, you or your child have the right to request that we correct it. If your child is using iOS device version 5.15 or above, you or your child can click the "My" icon in the lower right corner and then click the username at the top; if your child is using an Android device, you or your child can click on the "My" - "Account" page to correct it themselves. If you or your child are unable to correct your child's personal information yourself, you can contact us through "My" - "Contact Support" for assistance.
5. If you or your child voluntarily cancel their APP account and stop using the APP, we will stop using your child's personal information, unless otherwise stipulated by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities. If our products or services cease operation, we will notify you in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and will also promptly stop using your child's personal information, and will delete or anonymize the stored child's personal information.
