By reading and confirming the "AI Feature Usage Instructions," you agree to and accept the following terms and conditions and agree to be bound by these rules.
1. Depending on the function you select, you may upload your photos, drawings, or line art for AI generation. The system will then use post-processing technology to generate new content on the event page. During this process, the photos, drawings, and line art you upload will only be used for this event. We only provide image processing services and will not extract recognition information or use it for recognition purposes. After the service is completed, the system will automatically delete the above information and will not retain it.
2. You guarantee that you possess the corresponding legal rights to the uploaded content or have obtained legal authorization from others and have the right to use it for participating in this activity. Otherwise, you shall bear all consequences and losses arising therefrom.
3. We will make our best efforts to use the content you grant us in accordance with the User Agreement and these rules to the extent that it is reasonable, necessary and express, and your necessary authorization and consent do not change the ownership of the uploaded content.
4. Apart from the content you upload, all materials used in this event are fully copyrighted by us. AI content generated using the AIGC function is for your personal entertainment, learning, research, or appreciation only, and may not be used for any commercial purposes. You must ensure that when using this service to generate AI works, you will not use the generated works for defamation, pornography, or any other illegal purposes, nor will you infringe upon any third party's copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights. If any third party's rights are damaged due to your improper use, you will bear the corresponding legal responsibility.
5. Personal Information Protection (1) We will use your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and any relevant confidentiality and security clauses. (2) We strictly abide by laws and regulations to protect your personal information and use various security protection measures within a reasonable security level to ensure the security of your personal information and prevent the loss, improper use, unauthorized access or disclosure of information. 6. Our AI services are based on information accumulated from sources permitted by laws and regulations, including but not limited to the publicly available internet. While this information has undergone continuous automatic and manual sensitive data filtering, it is still possible that some information may contain flaws, unreasonableness, or cause unpleasantness. Except as otherwise provided in these rules, we reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate the activity page based on our business judgment. Unless otherwise stipulated in other rules or documents, we assume no responsibility for any such changes, suspensions, or terminations.
7. This rule is an appendix to the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy and has the same legal effect. In case of any conflict between this appendix and the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy, this rule shall prevail. For matters not mentioned in this rule, the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy shall prevail.
